Online Booking Declaration
When booking any Trinity Sport facilities online you agree that you:
- have not been diagnosed or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
- are not a close contact of a person who is a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days
- have not been asked to self-isolate or restrict your movement in the last 14 days.
- will adhere to all COVID-19 related measures adopted by Trinity Sport including maintenance of the two-metre physical distancing at all times whilst attending Trinity Sport activities or accessing facilities
If you do not meet the above criteria, unfortunately, Trinity Sport cannot facilitate your booking, with the safety of all in mind.
Trinity Sport Response to Level 5:
Trinity Sport’s facilities?at Trinity Sport Centre, Santry Sports Grounds, Iveagh Sports Grounds, T-Tech Boxing,?Islandbridge Boathouse?and Trinity Hall?sports?facilities?will temporarily close from midnight Wednesday, 21st October in response to the Government’s decision to move to Level 5 of the national Plan for Living with Covid-19.?Trinity Sport?clubs’?fixtures, activities?and the hosting of club training will?also be cancelled. During this period the high-performance gym will be accessible to sport scholarship athletes who are deemed elite as per Sport Ireland’s definitions and are permitted to continue training under the Level 5 restrictions.
During this challenging time both your physical and mental health are very important. To help maintain your health and fitness goals, the Trinity Sport team is launching a new fitness platform ‘Trinity Sport +’ from Friday, October 23rd where you will be able to access all our new on-demand fitness classes from our studios and FIIT TV, right to your device. Our live streaming classes will start from Thursday, 29th October and for the first month you will receive 5 free live classes and access to the premium on demand content. Make sure to retrieve your password to be included in the membership, activate your account here. Our zoom fitness classes will be accessible for free until Thursday, 29th October and are bookable via the Trinity Sport app.
The Trinity Sport team have also created 2K, 3K, 5K and 10K walking and running routes around Trinity College Dublin campus and Trinity Hall. You can access these routes virtually via the Trinity Sport Strava account or with a buddy. Just like the last time, we want to keep you moving, so make sure to stay tuned to our social media channels where we will be posting nutrition advice, virtual fitness challenges, live workouts, competitions and much more.
Regarding your membership subscription, we will continue to freeze all monthly payments and extend annual memberships and locker rentals to reflect the closure period. Trinity Sport will continue to take guidance from the Government, the University and the HSE and will keep all our members up to date when the situation changes via the Trinity Sport website, email and our social media channels.
